The Certified training in Resilience, Well-being and Mindfulness at Work and in life gives you a qualification to demonstrate your competence in delivering training programmes in mindful stress management and well-being; coaching to groups or working on a one to one basis with individuals. It has been designed to link in with the five ways to Well-being initiative by the Government and gives you the tools you’ll need to be a competent instructor, helping both yourself and others down the path toward relaxation, enhanced well-being and effective stress/anxiety management.

We all have a say in our health and well-being by how we think, act and speak. We will highlight the mind body connection as a key tool to recognise how their moods, judgements and comparisons can limit flow and conversation. At the heart of compassionate communication we recognise we are all similar and just looking for a happier way of experiencing our work and home life.

It takes courage and time to empathise with our the real worries and fears around uncertainty and change and with the stress of others. The tools we give you help build a strong sense of working together as a team, as you navigate successful well-being at work.

APPLYING WISE MIND STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS

Being more in alignment with our values promotes an ethos where employees are self-aware, balancing action with inner reflection. Here they will feel more in control getting to choose their responses compassion, enthusiasm and emotional intelligence.

Please bring:

  • A journal and a pen
  • A water bottle
  • A yoga mat
  • A packed lunch and snacks but there are lots of places to eat in the area
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before  training starts.  Doors will not be open until then
  • Parking is payable at £18.00 per day at the Mercure Seafront Hotel.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing
  • Herbal teas, water and biscuits will be provided for break.
