We live in times of uncertainty and almost constant change which is why it is vital to invest in employee wellness.  An employee program supports healthy living and guides employees to adopt measures to prevent illness. Employee wellness programs tell employees they are appreciated and as with any relationship – individuals are attracted to, remain with, and value companies/people who value them.  The people who work in your organisation are your most valuable resource and the goals of your wellness program will vary but in the main will include:-

  • To retain employees (capitalise on your investment and avoid further recruiting/training costs)

Well-being programs can be as small or as large as you want them to be. Healthy Bites – DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Training – Self Management

A Smartfoundations Wellness Advisor delivers a 30 minute presentation containing all relevant information and advice on:

  1. Workstations and regulations
  2. Health risks explained (musculoskeletal disorders, stress, etc)
  3. Seated posture and chair set-up
  4. Equipment features and set-up
  5. Exploring the impact of environment and work routines
  6. Pain prevention stretches and exercises

    For up to 8 employees to attend the above information sharing session allowing practical training in the working environment, plus a 20 minute individual session where employees  have the opportunity to identify risks associated with their specific tasks and discuss them with an expert.  (This takes 3hrs to complete and requires 50 minutes from all participants.)

      Refund Policy:

      Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full. In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request info@smartfouondations.co.uk.
      Please submit all cancellation requests within 60 calendar days of registration and no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.
      People who do not turn up and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
